I may have spoken too soon on visibility of the Venus spot.  Tarsoudis's image was taken when the CM of Venus was at 143 degs.  I am not seeing any CM 143 deg transits when Venus is visible from SLC.  But, I am not sure if I have properly computed this one.  Would someone else check and report in?  Thanks, Kurt
