If you can see through the summer haze and smoke, there's not much happenning on the sun this afternoon. One pretty neat prominence, a few spots, and some surface detail as seen in the PST. Way too hazy for a backyard session tonight. May the folks at Wolf Creek fare better over the next few nights! My daughter is staying-over for the next couple of nights, so even though there probably won't be any telescope activity, it will be good to spend some time with her. I'll be making her breakfast in the morning, and I'm sure she'll have some weird request, as if this were a restaurant. And I wouldn't have it any other way. :-)
