I've been looking forward to my first trip to the Wedge Overlook this weekend. What I've been seeing on the weather for the last several days does not make me happy. Grrrr...
New moon. Of course. --- Michael Carnes <moogiebird@earthlink.net> wrote:

Rats- I'm headed down to Moab for the week end. Gotta think positive: NWS gives a forecast of only 'partly cloudy' . So that means partly clear right? Take a look at http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/Saltlake/forecast/ZFP.shtml and scroll down for the forecast of your target area. Joe Borgione Chuck Hards <chuckhards@yahoo.com> wrote: New moon. That's a helpful link. I was looking at the weather for Castle Dale. I don't have 4wd on my car, so I'm assuming the road could get "interesting" with a bit of rain.

The Weather at the Wedge is usually like that at Green River, UT not Price, UT. Weather.com shows partly cloudy for both Friday and Saturday night. Unfortunately I have other commitments this weekend, but you might have a decent shot for one or both nights.
