I got to Winchester Park at about 7:30 AM and walked my dog to 45th South. There was some sort of running event (a fund raiser I think) maybe thats why KSL was there, the parking lot was full of cars and the trail was very busy.

After the walk, I stopped at the Sun Party, it seemed like a light public turn out considering the number of cars parked. I would say, to the casual observer it would not have been clear what was going in that corner of the park. Mostly the usual suspects, a lot of SLAS Members. Looked through the Lundt, Prominences around the rim, there was quite a bit of activity in the disc. It was a challenge to see all the detail, the clubs DayStar gives better contrast on the surface IMO. My apologies for Maggie's barks, it takes a while for her to wind down after her run.

Thanks Joe:We had a great turnout again!!! Did not see Mr. Bernson yet but we are all hoping he is on the mend. Slow news day. KSL just happened down the street or so they said. Didn''t see Rodger on the 6:00 news but maybe at 10:00. We will see.
