It does move fast but has always been plainly visible to my eye when watching through a scope. I did try shooting pictures of a shuttle transit once. It moves just as fast as ISS. I only got it because I waited until a couple of seconds before the predicted time and then had the camera take pictures as fast as it could (3 frames per second).
