S&T indicates the Gan/Io occultation on Oct 29 2004-2010 local, a Gan/Eur occultation occurs Oct 30 2155-2203 local, & Io/Eur occultation on Oct 31 2138-2143 local.

Joe, Just in case you don't see the DN blog comments, I will leave it here, too. Great Blog Joe. You caught the essence of why I, too, am up and out in the middle of the night. I am not an astrophotographer, but I don't need to be to enjoy a dark sky. By the way, Tyler's picture is beautiful, except for that one small area just above the computer's light pollution

Hi all, Thanks for the nice comments on the photo and on Joe's blog. I'll take a shot at submitting to APOD. The worst that can happen is that I will never hear another word from them... which has happened on every other image I have ever submitted to them. :) Maybe this one will be my big APOD breakthrough. I thought about that but the picture in the next issue will be either a single picture or a montage of pictures from SLAS's December Solstice Festival. Not to say it could not show up in a future issue if Tyler is ok with it being used. patrick
