Dale I have MaximDL/CCD's latest update but when I run PoleAlignMax I get a message pinpoint is not installed and then the program comes up. Will it work or do I need some kind of plugin. PinPoint/LE (for astrometry) comes with MaximDL/CCD now. You run that software (through PoleAlignMax) on your laptop and it will control the image taking and moving of your telescope to tell you about your polar alignment. It was the first time I've ever had fun doing a polar alignment (<g> after I figured out how to use it - that is).
