Yes Ann, A bungee cord looks cheap and tacky, you can stop wondering. :) --- ann@annhouse.org wrote: From: "Ann House" <ann@annhouse.org> To: "Utah Astronomy" <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> Subject: Re: [Utah-astronomy] Advice on Telrad Placement Date: Sun, 19 Oct 2008 11:02:33 -0600 I highly recommend the bungee cord. The only downside is that I have had a few people at star parties ask about the cost of my telescope. It got me to wondering if the bungee cord looks cheap or tacky... But it works beautifully. -A _______________________________________________ Utah-Astronomy mailing list Utah-Astronomy@mailman.xmission.com http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/utah-astronomy Visit the Photo Gallery: http://gallery.utahastronomy.com Visit the Wiki: http://www.utahastronomy.com
Ann: This is a hobby. It's supposed to be fun. Find your own happiness and let others find their's if they can. How a telescope looks has nothing to do with what you can see in the eyepiece. We come together to share our views of the sky, not to make a fashion statment. DT --- On Sun, 10/19/08, zaurak@digis.net <zaurak@digis.net> wrote:
