I am off track (not working for 3 weeks) and I am doing to take one day each week before the 20th to check out the areas southwest and west of Pit n Pole and west of the traditional Lakeside site for more observing sites. Its looking like Tuesday for this week and the following week I'll decide. If someone wants to share the ride, let me know, I can meet you and pick you up if you want to share a morning and early afternoon looking for some a couple more observing sites. I'll be stopping to get some rock samples since I need samples sedimentary, metamorphic and igneous (though I won't find all of them, it will add some fun and kill two birds with one stone so to speak).
