The program further claimed that this phenomenon was due to the precession of the equinoxes. They also explored possible scenarios that would wipe out the world on that date, including volcanoes and "galactic waves" that could destroy all life. I suppose that if the sun does suddenly move into Sagittarius it really could be the end of the world as we know it. Anyone know where the Nostradamus and astrology nuts get this b___s__t?
