The only problem with this site is I am in the glide path of airplanes going to Las Vegas. How far east to I have to go to get out of the glide path? Debbie

As a pilot I prefer to think of it as a "flight" path. Unless you're flying the shuttle "glide" path would seem to indicate a rather nasty flight situation called "fuel starvation". :-) As for how far to go to avoid airplanes I don't know if you really want to go that far. Better might be to stand ready to cover the scope during the short time the offending aircraft is in the way (We did this many times when Holly and I were shooting Hale-Bopp every night/morning for several weeks).
