Did anyone get up and see the meteor shower? After the U of U victory, I just went to bed and forgot to set the alarm. Bumber! Thank You, Rodger C. Fry Consulting Geologist
After the U of U victory, post-game interviews, sports segments, and 5 rum and cokes during the game, an alarm wouldn't have done me much good! On Sat, Jan 3, 2009 at 10:17 AM, Rodger C. Fry <rcfry@comcast.net> wrote:

Driving home this morning about 4:00 there were a bunch of white things in the sky but they were snowflakes. :) pw On 03 Jan 2009, at 10:17, Rodger C. Fry wrote:

I was out from 2:40 to 4AM I saw about 3 meteors per minute during the peak between 3:15 and 3:30 by 3:45 things slowed down but there was also thin cirrus at the zenith and to the east many small quick flashes but nothing to really get excited about my site was my back deck at 1500ft overcast again aloha Rob
At about 5am Saturday morning I stood outside in a couple of inches of fresh snow, clear skies to the north, and a Provo Canyon breeze. After about 3 meteors just east of Ursa Major, I ran back in the house…lol. jg
