5am!?!  Holy cow!  Does that time of the morning actually exist or is its existence only a nasty rumor?  <smile>   Eariler sunsets mean I might be able to do a little observing during the week before I need to get to sleep for the next days work challenge.  I would agree, it would feel a bid odd with earlier sunests in the summer.
