Jim, It's difficult to say. The area has become quite a bit more developed since that map was drawn, and some of the side roads that I know exist, are not shown on the map. I would guess that the quarry is down Hogs back road, but I would use the odometer on your car and look for the orange sign mentioned in the directions, so as to make sure you are in the right place. I certainly don't see a side road of the right length on the map with a quarry marking. On the 1:100,000 map, they label the western half of Browns canyon road as "mountain meadows". My driving atlas labels it Browns Canyon for the entire length. The distance measurements that I give as exact numbers were measured by us with our car's odometer.
