Has anyone purchased or used S&T's "Pocket Sky Atlas"? Comments, criticisms, review? I used to use the pocket-sized atlas in the Peterson Field Guide years ago, especially for bino-astronomy- when you just don't need the depth of Uranometria or even SA2000. S&T's PSA looks like a better way to go for the small, "pocket-sized" atlas. I spent the bucks for the Millenium Star Atlas a year or two ago, but that thing is enormous and DEEP. Great for the light-buckets, but way too much for bino or small-scope use. Any info on the PSA is appreciated. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Never miss an email again! Yahoo! Chuck, I've had the Pocket Sky Atlas for a few months now and I too really like it. It is well organized and very easy to use. It's organized according to R.A. and has a goodly amount of map overlap. So far it seems to be pretty resilient. The level of detail is just about right - and it's of course very portable - which means it gets used. It also has a few detail maps such as the Virgo cluster, etc. Clear skies, Dale.
