Hi all. I just posted a couple of new images to my Utah Astronomy gallery. The first is a new version of the Orion and Running Man Nebulas. This image is lots deeper than the earlier version, and includes a hi-res pic, if you click the thumbnail at this link: http://www.utahastronomy.com/album16/Utah_Astronomy_Orion_Heb_OR The second is an image of the nearly full moon (99.77%). This image was chosen as ATWB photo of the day a while back. It was taken with a Nikon Coolpix 4300 through the eyepiece (35mm Pan) of my Celestron Ultima 2000 8" SCT. Here is the link for that one: http://www.utahastronomy.com/album17/Full_Moon?full=1 I hope someone out there enjoys looking at them. Cheers, Tyler

For those who missed it, Roger Oakey and son "O' Ryan" gave a presentation at last nights meeting on the next generation space telescope (JWST) that he and his company are involved in. This telescope will operate in the visual and infrared wavelengths, will be parked at Lagrange point L2. See <http://www.physics.montana.edu/faculty/cornish/lagrange.html>, and have mirrors made of Byrillium. Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing your time with us Roger! Guy
