Actually, diluting as much as possible with a good, aged whiskey produces results that I have found quite civilized. Adding to Jo's comment, when in close proximity to some other observers, it's not the addicts that are troublesome, it's definitely those with avoidance issues, or those who don't know how to use the chemical properly.
