A guy in Germany who saw my Meteor Crater images on another list just emailed me two very nice panoramas of the crater that he assembled from my originals. They were so nice I immediately asked for his permission and then added them to my Meteor Crater webpage: http://users.wirelessbeehive.com/~paw/MCAPR73.HTML The only bad news is that after 37 years I now know I do not have a complete panorama as I now see that one section is missing (I always thought I had a complete pan). Maybe one day I'll go back and reshoot the missing section. :)
Patrick glad/sad to hear that you don't have a complete panorama, sad because it's just sad you don't have a complete one, but glad because I tried a few times to assemble one from your shots and I could never get it to look right. I always thought it was me messing something up, but after seeing the new ones I understand better what was going on. Good luck on getting a new one - good excuse for a road trip to a warmer climate.
