Electronics Store
A not so recent thread on some subject identified a local electronics store where you could get everything you could possible need. Who recalls the name of that store? I suspect many of you do, but please post the name and/or an address so I can see it. Thanks Joan

RAYELCO, West of Main St, just South of 27th South (1st or 2nd block). Be prepared for dust. Think of Jack Benny's vault... 73
Thanks Larry. I'll wear my overalls. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Larry Holmes" <larry@kijoda.com> To: "Utah Astronomy" <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Friday, April 15, 2016 1:48:17 PM Subject: Re: [Utah-astronomy] Electronics Store On 4/15/2016 1:35 PM, Joan Carman wrote:

The store is a vault of odd, outdated and obscure electronics and parts. I love the place. The guys who work there know where everything is, and they carefully write out receipts for your purchases, however inexpensive. Sent from my iPhone

Well my first visit to Rayelco was a bust. All you regular customers know that the store is open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (I arrived at 2:30 - yeah I know now). So my first visit won't be until Monday. But I am definitely looking forward to it! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joe Bauman via Utah-Astronomy" <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> To: "Utah Astronomy" <utah-astronomy@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Friday, April 15, 2016 2:22:04 PM Subject: Re: [Utah-astronomy] Electronics Store The store is a vault of odd, outdated and obscure electronics and parts. Breaking News from Dirk Ross in Tokyo! The moon appears to have captured an asteroid and now has its own 15-20 meter moon. There is more to the story, and he asked me to pass this along to everyone on the list. You can see it on Dirks website- http://lunarmeteoritehunters.blogspot.jp/2016/04/breaking-news-moon-may-have -asteroid.html -Barrett
