To everyone who contributed their time and telescopes to make eclipse watching along the Wasatch Front a public success - THANK YOU! Huge crowds everywhere! The folks up at Weber State report over a thousand people stood in lines to look through their telescopes. I'm particularly grateful to the folks who brought their scopes and enthusiasm to Sandy to help out at the Dimple Dell Rec Center. We had cloud cover during the maximum of the eclipse, but we made a lot of people happy nonetheless. THANK YOU! Now - on to the transit! The public is stoked!
