*'m going to share a Dwight Ball story and invite others to share their experences with him.* ** * One year at RTMC I was wandering aound the swap meet and saw Dave Chamberlin negoitiating with someone for a 75mm refractor. The price of $100 was agreeable to the seller but Dave wanted to pay with a check. I pulled out a $100 bill and waved it in the seller's face. I walked away with the scope and I'm sure Dave was very irritated with me.* * I used the sope some but didn't like the old 2 stage focusing system. I tried to sell it here locally through the club. Dave wasn't interested any more. I took it to the next RTMC swap meet. Dwight had driven all night to get there and bought the scope from me! He hadn't been aware I had been trying to sell it in SLC.
