Hi Erik, This agreement is through March, basically to evaluate the proposal to use a five-segment ATK booster as the first stage of a rocket to carry astronauts to low-Earth orbit. The upper stage would be an Ariane (sp?) French rocket. The partners would have to make an agreement with one of the private companies providing the capsule. Then when all checks out, provided nobody beats them to it, I think NASA would sign contracts with them.
