I had a perfect view of the eclipse from my siter's house in St. George. As the eclipse proceeded, the amount of outside light reduced the same as it would through haise. When the ring of fire appeared, it started to get cooler outside, and my sister's porch light came on. First contact was observed through high clouds. About 200 people (many of whom I didn't even know) cycled through my yard looking through the telescopes. I had to fight them off to get photos every 15 minutes or so.
