The reason for the change is clouds come in by 1:00a.m. to 2:00a.m., this is only 40 minutes from home (for me) and closer for those who live farther away, still offering decent dark skies at Blue under the improved LP maps and it makes sense for more people.

I will state that on my property south-east of Vernon the night was OUTSTANDING!
