Kleopatra light curve
Anyone interested in doing a light curve work on an easy target? The place that has had me taking data on asteroids the past couple of years now has me working (216) Kleopatra. I just finished my first run on it and it turns out to be a bright and fast rotator. Bright enough and fast enough that this might be a great target for anyone (Joe?) wanting to try light curve work. Any takers? patrick p.s. Here's a plot of tonight's data: http://users.wirelessbeehive.com/~paw/temp/216KLEOPATRA2008SEP19.JPG
Our son-in-law sent this, and, given the discussions of a few days ago, I thought this group might like seeing it in action, quite nice. Live webcams from the new LHC at CERN: http://www.cyriak.co.uk/lhc/lhc-webcams.html
*chuckles* That's great! On Fri, Sep 19, 2008 at 7:37 AM, Josephine Grahn <bsi@xmission.com> wrote:

That's a great live webcam from CERN. My first laugh of the day. Wayne
