Hi, List I have been in contact with the Idaho Falls Astronomical Society. They are having a star party at Lava Hot-springs on August 17-18. I am going up to Idaho a few days before this star party and I am thinking of stoping by on the way home. Looks like lots of fun. If you are interested in attending I can e-mail you there flyer on the star party. Mark Mark Shelton Indian Hill Middle School Tech Ed. Sounds fun! But time-off and money to travel is in short supply. There is also the fact that there are very, very few SLAS members whom I'd want to see in a swim suit at Lava HS. There is a reason astronomy mostly happens at night. ;-) Have fun Mark! On Thu, Jul 5, 2012 at 4:06 PM, Mark Shelton <astroshelton@yahoo.com> wrote:

LOL (oops I am a member that is in a big way and would not be something to behold in a swim suit.) Steve there is your opening for a snide remark. I know you are just holding back. You knew the job was dangerous when you took it... ;-) Didn't Patrick tell you about the fringe benefits? The Sky Miles, fast cars, the gift certificates, the freebies, the dancing-girls? If not, he's holding-out and keeping them for himself. I'd complain if I were you. On Thu, Jul 5, 2012 at 4:35 PM, Chrismo <djchrismo@gmail.com> wrote:

See, now, if I had known that my tax dollars were in fact spent in that fashion, I wouldn't be so pi$$ed-off at government spending. I AM a bit ticked that you don't ever remember your first SLC observing buddy when it comes to the dancing girls, however... ;-) On Thu, Jul 5, 2012 at 4:44 PM, Patrick Wiggins <paw@wirelessbeehive.com>wrote:
