Are the Utah Astronomy emails archived somewhere and if so are they searchable? I see that instead of getting a UA Wiki, www.utahastronomy.com takes you to a mirror of one of Cynthia's websites. Is this because of the hardware crash that happened a while ago? Thanks, Dave Bennett

I'm just guessing here but I wouldn't be suprised if you reached him by e-mail that he would want you to send the money to his sister In Nigeria along with the extra $800.00 he is going to send you in the money order that you will be receiving. The scope is in an Ebay pack and ship in Denver. Mom always said "if it is too good to be true" Blah, blah blah. Steve

Ha! I just heard back. Well, I have to give them points for trying. Took them all of 5 minutes to reply to my message telling them I am sorry but I need to see before I buy. They said: "Ok , anyway we use a secure way : you make the payment at the escrow company and you receive and inspect the order before the money will be release to us . The payment will be release to us only if you like what you receive and if you don`t like the delivery agent will take back the order and you can pick up your money at any hour Thank you" patrick On 02 Feb 2010, at 17:18, Patrick Wiggins wrote:

There's a search box at the bottom of this page: http://mailman.xmission.com/lurker/list/utah-astronomy.en.html I don't know how effective it is or how far back the archive goes. I found that link by clicking on the http://mailman.... link in the footer which is appended to list messages. On *that* page, you'll find the link to the list archive.
Here's the link to UA info page. you can get to archives from here and there is a search function there. DT http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/utah-astronomy --- On Tue, 2/2/10, Dave Bennett <dlbennett@mac.com> wrote:
