I'm heading out to Pit n Pole to take advantage of the darkness there and to do some observing. No flapjacks though, just a nice dark sky, low humidity and a great sky. I'll be out there by 8:00p.m. since I had my mirror out this week and need to do a good collimation job. If you need directions here they are:
