Are these for real? The outputs listed are just amazing for battery-powered, diode lasers. More typical of "outdoor laser show" gas lasers. Yes, they should certainly be bright enough- even for a full-moon pointer! ;) Anybody have one?

I have not used one but I Googled "50MW green laser" and found several companies that sell them. I'd like to see one but they are too pricey for my toy budget. I also came across this caution: http://www.bigha.com/laser/scam_alert.php Patrick

*What* Refractor House funds...? The way the money is being spent you'd think Bruce's middle initial was "W". Grins, Patrick
You could probably set up a table and perform eye surgery for those waiting in line to use the telescopes. ;) Where did I put my my credit card... Quoting Chuck Hards <chuckhards@yahoo.com>:

Better yet, use it to chase the rodents away and the neighbors cat will likely follow... Quoting Kim Hyatt <kimharch@cut.net>:

Not so fast, your neighbors cat is one of my customers and he sends his greetings... http://www.utahastronomy.com/diveboss/sniper
