I just had a look at the Sun in both white light and H-Alpha. Two nice big spots and a smattering of smaller ones. Most I've seen at one time in a long time. But the thing that impressed me most were the prominences. A few small ones, a big one and a REALLY big one. Impressive! Looks like Ol' Sol is finally stirring up after a very long sleep. patrick
