Hi, I really wish to thank the person (cant remember who) that sent out the link to the NASA books. They are very nice and great on my NEW I PAD. You get to interact within the books with videos and lots of different multimedia imbedded in the books. I just finished the book on Hubble and am starting the one on James Web. Thank you for the download link. Mark Shelton
You are welcome. I've enjoyed them as well...there's a whole pile of free ebooks that NASA and JPL are putting out. When I find more interesting ones, I'll post links. The iPad is a great medium for these books, with their multimedia content embedded--I'm really happy to see science books taking advantage of it. These are the two specific ones Mark is referencing: http://www.andromedachild.com/2012/12/free-nasa-astronomy-e-book-for-every.h... And here's another batch that NASA is putting out, some really interesting ones here: http://www.nasa.gov/connect/ebooks/index.html Dan On Jan 2, 2013, at 9:50 AM, Mark Shelton <astroshelton@yahoo.com> wrote:
