I just heard that channel 4 is planning on being at tonight's Harmons star party. Y'all come and help make the club look good. :) They're going to promo it ahead of time so we could end up with a whole flock of public. Clear skies! patrick
Point of order: Some of us specifically will not make the club "look" good. That's why we became amateur astronomers. Darkness is our friend. (just kidding!) ;o) On 8/13/10, Patrick Wiggins <paw@wirelessbeehive.com> wrote:

Is it dark at Harmon's? I was thinking of going until I heard the request of people to make us look good. Kidding aside, Harmon's seems like a good place to have media coverage.
Alas, I searched channel 4's website but could not find a video about it, although they did mention SLAS, but link was inoperable. Point of order: Some of us specifically will not make the club "look"

Channel 4 must have heard you (perhaps someone from the station lurks here?). I just checked and saw that their link now goes directly to the SLAS home page. Cheers, patrick
I got the link to the SLAS homepage late Friday night. I was a little dissappointed that there was no story written. I did however get the news cast to DVR and my 6" D&G was surely the centerpiece. That guy Roland has good taste if you ask me. ;) Steve

Perhaps they were still in the process of putting it together, it was saturday when I last checked.
