Need ride to Star-B Que
Hi, I am looking for a ride to rhe Star-B-Q Saturday. I want to be there by 6:00 but 2 or 3 hours earlier would be okay also. I am bringing a macaroni salad and some swap meet items. Deloy
What swap meet? WTH are you talking about? Damn, I have to work on Saturday and have a boatload of swapmeet items! Life sucks! Dammit, dammit, dammit! I am not even a SLAS member at present. Cant afford.to renew. I guess they cut me off the email alert list when I had no money to offer. Money rules, apparrently. No time to check websites and find it out on my own, so I am screwed. Digitally ostracised. Dammit! Have fun. On Aug 21, 2012 6:56 PM, "D P Pierce" <starsbirdsglyphs@gmail.com> wrote:

Tirades aside there is a link on the SLAS homepage that allows non-members to sign up to receive email notices from SLAS. patrick Sent from my iPad On Aug 21, 2012, at 19:10, Chuck Hards <chuck.hards@gmail.com> wrote:

It wasn't a tirade. It was heartfelt and factual. Have a nice day. On Aug 21, 2012 8:15 PM, "Patrick Wiggins" <paw@wirelessbeehive.com> wrote:

You have to understand that surviving today, no matter how much a person lives and dies for astronomy, means that some people don' t have the time to get online without it negatively affecting their life. I suppose I could give up Utah-astronomy to make regular time for other surfing activities. Right now, email and u-a is all I have time for. I could give one up in favor of regularly checking other sites. You pick. I'll go with your wisdom.
