We have been invited to an upcoming performance at Kingsbury Hall. The Kronos Quartet will be performing "Sun Rings" at Kingsbury Hall on November 13. "Sun Rings" was commissioned by NASA and includes sounds recorded in space by the Voyager and Galileo probes, as well as other spacecraft over the past 40 years. To read more, check:

They are offering a discount to the performance to members of the Salt Lake Astronomical Society. To receive 10% off the ticket price, mention your affiliation with SLAS when purchasing your tickets. This can be done at the Kingsbury Hall box office or by calling 581-7100. If you can pull together a group of 20 or more you can purchase tickets all at once and receive 20% off.
