I ride my bicycle all over the north end of the valley at night so I can speak from experience about these places. Granted we would need a the approval of the management but they are all less physically closed than TITP, and may have a more sympathetic to our needs. No tire rippers, no cruising armed security guards. Fairmont Park: parking lot right next to the soccer field open all night. McKinnley School: private school, we can sell this as a science education for the students.
