Chuck, We do have a sign that says Star Party Cancelled due to Weather Conditions. Usually one or more SLAS members do show up and explain to any visitors that just happen to come out Thanks Rodger C. Is there a sign that can be put up informing the public that the event is cancelled if the weather won't allow it? I've heard of people going to SPOC for public star parties even in a downpour. Even if the bad weather caveat is mentioned in the press, a few still show up. _______________________________________________ Utah-Astronomy mailing list http://mailman.xmission.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/utah-astronomy Send messages to the list to Utah-Astronomy@mailman.xmission.com The Utah-Astronomy mailing list is not affiliated with any astronomy club.
