Here at SDL we had a big celebration for Pi day. The company brought in more than 50 pies from Village Inn, we had a digits of Pi contest (the winner had it to 330 decimal places), there was a math contest related to Pi, Pi Ku (think haiku), etc. So we had a good old time with our favorite irrational number. We also had an Albert Einstein lookalike contest since that is also Einstein's birthday.
I've personally celebrated International Pi Day for about the past ten years or so.
