Check that the mount and tripod is completely rigid, no screws are loose. Make sure your primary isn't shifting in it's cell. Be sure the mount is dynamically balanced. Then be sure there is no slop in the saddle/tube interface (too thick a felt liner? Insufficient tension on mounting hardware?) Good luck, Kurt.
