Yes, the video shows the Phoenix "lights", as I recall the Air Force claimed them. UFO discussions can be more controversial than politics, some people want to curl up in the fetal position and suck their thumbs. I have listened to many reports that sound like explainable phenom. Been with people seeing stars dancing on the horizon as UFO's and seen geese formations illuminated from the ground. I have seen objects that do not fit into any category except I saw them in restricted air space, probably something outside of most Air Force servicemen's pay grade. Seeing them does not make you a crack pot, claiming they are Aliens probably does. I think ET's do exist but interstellar travel seems rather impossible, as far as life forms being able to survive traveling near the speed of light. Erik Yes, the Phoenix light incident witnesses describes a very large
triangular aircraft, some said a mile or two across. There is video of the sighting on Youtube.com

Erik does this match what you saw?
Rich: does this look familiar?

I was in Phoenix during that incident. What Richard saw sounds smaller and much faster.
