Very nice Dave. Thanks for sharing them. Every time I see something like this though - it just makes me want to kick myself for not going to see the one in Mexico. I'm looking forward to the one in 2017. I would imagine that it will be somewhat similar to the one you saw since we'll be in about the same location in the solar max/min cycle. Clear skies, Dale.

I posted some more eclipse pictures. These were taken by my wife using an old Sony digital camera. Eclipse 8 is good at showing a 1X picture of the eclipse at totality. Notice how far the corona went out from the sun. It was well over two solar diameters. I also like the twilight shot she got. It shows how dark it really got.
