Bryce Canyon slates astronomy festival BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK - Bryce Canyon National Park will partner with the Salt Lake Astronomical Society for the Fifth Annual Bryce Canyon Astronomy Festival. This event will be June 1 through 4. Visitors to the festival will have the opportunity to look through numerous telescopes in the evening, courtesy of the Salt Lake Astronomical Society. During the day, visitors can view the sun through the park's solar telescope or attend workshops. Park admission is required, but all astronomy festival programs are free.
