Fellow SLASers, The Hubble Space Telescope Wide Field Camera 3 WFC3 and the Space Telescope Imagining Telescope STIS observed the LCROSS impact site. No explosive plume was seen by the WFC3. The STIS did not see OH which would be throw in the air if water was present. The water would be broken apart by uv light if present creating the hydroxide radical.
