I can't seem to get whatever the link was pointing to. While I am sure other countries want to wrest control of the internet from the US and I am equally sure that that would be a really bad idea, I find the slander of the European people as a whole, and the French in particular, to be a little scary. It is reminiscent of the words that hate groups use to foment turmoil. You have excellent points to make, don't ruin them by using unneccesary jingoist language.
