Aloha finally we were able to make a trip to the summit despite the NOAA prediction of 25mph winds. We found the winds at 5mph, temps in the mid 40's with great transparency. Comet Homes was to rise a bit after 6:30 but we have a lava hill that blocks views so we see things an hour later. I did manage to get a few photos w/ a William Optics 555mm Fluorite Doublet and later about 9:15 w/ my C9.25. At 9:30 the cloud fog descended and home we went. Photos uploaded are WO80FD http://gallery.utahastronomy.com/v/rob/e17P-WO80FD+5003.jpg.html and C9.25 http://gallery.utahastronomy.com/v/rob/e17P-C925.jpg.html A good time was had by all, Aloha Rob
