Jay: I went out for a bike ride at 1:00 am last night. The cloud cover had thinned to what I would call 50 percent coverage. It takes half the night to disapate the clouds that are generated during the heat of the day. Also the water in the air column is up over an inch deep. This is very bad. It doesn't really start to get good until this water is down to a much less than half an inch.
