Hi Bob, I have taken a look through several of the cheap 15X70's. I think they put out a real nice image and are certainly worth the money. Chuck does have a couple of different brands of 15X70's. I went out and visited Chuck at lunch yesterday and took a look through the Galileo's. The image looked just like it does in the Bears that I own. They all appear to be made by the same company and are just created for different companies. There are quite a few people locally who have purchased the 15X70's. You ought to try and get a look through them. I would be happy to let you look through mine. I live in Layton so you might want to see if you can find someone closer to home. You could also buy a pair of 15X70s at the sportsmans guide and then return them if you don't like them.

Hi, my name is Bob, and I'm an Astro-haulic...  Hey folks how do you think these cheap 15x70's compare to a set of Pentax 15x60's (sportsman's warehouse, ~$250) I was thinking of buying?  At $70, even if they are plastic, they ought to be worth it.  Chuck, you have a couple don't you?
