unfortunately, paintballs would only work till the next rainy season.
what about if we climb up every light post, and change the bulb for a nice christmas bulb. then there would be an accepable red. however, stringing the lights across the parking lot might be difficult.
anyone know what the price on a 55,000' foot strand of non-twinklers is at walymart?
(ps, i flew over the distribution center on my way back from LA last night. The lighting isn't too bad from 20,000', mainly parking lot lights in their typical blue-hue. but, that is the view from way up.)
Cheers, James.

Bingo! I was actually thinking of using one of my paint ball guns to apply a little 'toner' to the lights. But I do have some paint balls that are red... I'll have to try this on the parking lot lights of the school across the street to see how many 'coats' it will take per light. ;) Thanks Deb...

Guy,
You could paint all the lights red as part of your dark sky program. That would be a sight to see.
