[Utah-astronomy] Star Gazing Party at Snowbird

My colleague and I have been asked to host a Star Gazing Party at Snowbird Resort on the 17th of this month. We are in need of assistants to manage telescopes as well as telescopes themselves on tripods, or some Dobsonians, for this event. In total, we need five telescopes that have primary mirrors of 6 to 8 inches or bigger. If you can lend us your assistances or know anyone who can, please contact me ASAP.
