Yes, There is a site that OAS uses in February that is just off Highway 9 to the west of Virgin. The road is about 1 mile east of the La Verkin Overlook road. The dirt road has a stop sign and is right where some power lines cross Highway 9. There is a little turnaround spot to the left as you drive on the dirt road before you head down to a dam. We observed from the turnaround area. Debbie may have some other sites that they could do this time of year. Anyone know of a good observing site in that area?
