This sounds like a great idea; it would be wonderful to have a few of the experts like Ron and Chuck and others on hand to take a critical look at some of the sets that show up. I would like to expand the bino resource page I started into an ongoing, online collection of bino and mount reviews that newcomers and any interested parties can read and consequently make good purchasing decisions by. Likewise I'd also like to put together a list of some success stories and step-by-step plans of some of you creative and talented craftsmen in making good parallelogram and observing chair mounts (following up Glen Warchol's inspiration with the crutch mount, etc.), replete with pictures and detailed parts lists if possible for the rest of us tool (and pocketbook)challenged, starry-eyed hopefuls. -Rich --- Chuck Hards <chuckhards@yahoo.com> wrote:
Hey Joe:
I'd like to have a look at those Oberwerk binos and toss a couple of rounds in a 'shoot out'.
Great! We'll do it soon. You're making the coffee.
What the heck good is fun money if we don't have fun with it?!
Not a problem, really, I'm just going to skip my medication for a couple months! :>O
